Aims and objectives of the Princess Homecare agency is to provide the Client with

  • A comprehensive homecare package tailored to their needs

  • Support for the family and assistance for people living in their own homes

  • Help with personal, domestic and social/emotional tasks, including prescription collection, shopping, mobility and transport etc.

  • A 24hr continuing cover service plus reliability/continuity of care/flexibility

  • Qualified domiciliary care staff with Diploma in Health and Social Care 2/3 and DBS checked

  • A collaborative partnership between Client, family and PHC carers and staff

  • Individual cultural and religious needs are respected and included in a package tailored to their wants and needs to support well-being and positive outcomes

We support people who are over 65 years old, have mental health issues, or a physical disability, sensory impairment and dementia.

Specialist care packages are available for clients who may present complex needs and challenging behaviour, ensuring real improvements to lives enhancing well-being and supporting positive outcomes

We ensure high quality delivery of care and support from the initial referral, through needs and risk assessment and development of the Client care and support plan, to review of the care and support including reassessment at any time of change

To assure maintenance of quality of the care service provided, regular notified inspections and quality control monitoring audits will be undertaken by senior management, in accordance with CQC.

We have a complaints procedure, in accordance with CQC. Agency Quality Assurance and Progress reports are available on request

We cover a wide rural farming area based in North Wilts – where Clients are often isolated and lonely
