Domiciliary Care
We provide care for frail and disabled people to give them the opportunity to live their life within their own home, tailoring the care given to their needs.

The term Domiciliary Care, or more often used ‘Home Care’ is, by definition, used to distinguish non-medical care or custodial care, which is care that is provided by persons who are not nurses, doctors, or other licensed medical personnel, as opposed to home health care that is provided by licensed personnel.
We focus our Care at Home Services to be specific and tailored to each individual, concentrating on their needs and wants, and including aspects of their traditions and history to ensure they feel comfortable, safe and at home in their own homes. All of our community support clinicians carry up-to-date enhanced DBS certificates.
Domestic Care
Princess Homecare offers a Domestic care service which enables people to have a full stay-at-home service from one Care at Home Service that they trust.
We discuss how you like your home to be and provide a domestic service that caters to the way you would like your home to be.
Live In Home Care
Our Live-in Home care Service is designed as help for elderly people, and their families, also as support for the disabled as a catch net of help in the form of 24 hour support.
We provide Home Carers that will support your or your loved one(s) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – or however much is required. You receive Home Carers that you trust, a service that is tailored to you in an environment you want.
Sleep In & Sitting Service
Similar to our Live in Home care Service, our Sleep In and Sitting Service provides the same but as and when you need it.
Whether it is a few hours on an afternoon, the occasional night support or a regular time every week we are here to listen to your needs and desires and provide a service that is suited to you and your loved one(s).
Pet Support Service
We understand the importance of caring for your beloved pets, even when you aren't able to. Our Pet Support Service gives you peace of mind, knowing that your pet is always in safe hands.

Services
We focus on the health and nutritional balance for our clients ensuring they are provided with guidance regarding the types of food that will improve their wellbeing as well as supporting their hydration.
Nutrition Assistance
At Princess Homecare, we believe that nutrition and diet are essential to maintain health and wellbeing. Eating a balanced diet provides the nourishment a person needs to stay active and alert, but it's not always easy to maintain healthy eating habits.
Our team of experienced, trained and qualified professionals are available to offer dietary advice and support in a variety of ways. We understand that nutrition is personal to each individual and our services are tailored accordingly. We offer a free consultation with our Nutritionist to discuss dietary requirements, habits, history, lifestyle, and create an eating plan that fits with their existing needs and desires. The consultation is not intrusive and always focuses on what is best for the individual in question.
We are dedicated to providing advice on the types of food that will help supplement their diet and keep them healthy. Our team also take into consideration other dietary needs such as allergies and intolerances and will offer information and guidance regarding how to best manage such conditions.
Feeding can also be a challenge for some of our service users, either due to illness or disability. We will provide specialist assistance in the form of pureed food, digestion-friendly dishes or adapted food plans that will ensure adequate nutrition is consumed with dignity and respect.
We are committed to being the leader in providing nutrition and dietary support to those in need. Our goal is to empower our service users to make sound, informed decisions about their nutrition and to make sure that their dietary needs are cared for and met.
Health & Physical Activity Guidance
If you feel you, or the person you are caring for, would benefit from some physical activity then talking to our Physical Activity Guru is the perfect solution.

We are not talking about running a marathon, but rather creating some exercises that will improve the strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing of that person.

Exercises for the Elderly have seen vast improvements over the years, and classes have become very popular in recent years. Here is your opportunity to have that in the comfort of your own home.

Our Mobility Vehicle service and Financial Support Service provide a range of helpful options for the elderly, disabled and those with special needs.
Our disabled persons mobility vehicle helps with shopping, transportation for social functions, and appointments, while our Financial Support Service provides advice and assistance with claiming benefits.
Benefit Support
At Princess Homecare, we understand navigating the world of benefits, pensions, and allowances can be confusing and time consuming for seniors. That’s why we offer comprehensive support for all of your benefit applications.
With our team of experienced professionals, you’ll be able to apply with confidence and make the most of all the resources you are entitled to. Our service covers Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, and Council Tax, as well as a range of other benefits.
Our team can provide advice on eligibility, help you complete the necessary paperwork, and provide support throughout representing you in any case management meetings. We’ll also advise you of any other services and facilities you may be entitled to. Furthermore, if you are unhappy with the outcome of a benefits decision or payment, we will assist you with the appeal process.
We will sit down with you and your family members to discuss your circumstances and provide you with the best advice to suit your needs.

Mobility Vehicle
We provide Community transport in the form of our disabled persons mobility vehicle, which can include shopping for the elderly, support for the disabled, prescription collection and social functions. Our vehicle can carry two wheelchairs and two unaided passengers with services ranging from taxi too and from social engagements, shopping trips, travel delivery and collection.
Shopping for the Elderly
We try to advocate independence and free living to all by offering shopping for the elderly and support for the disabled to allow them to carry on their lives freely and autonomously.
A qualified carer and driver will collect you from your house, deliver you to your destination and either support you during your visit or collect you at a pre-designated time.
Shopping Service
If you are unable or unwilling to leave your home, we offer a Shopping for Elderly Service in which we will collect your list from your home, purchase your shopping in the local supermarket and delivery it to your home all inclusive of one price (price excludes individual purchased shopping items).
Gardening Service
We offer a gardening service to those who still wish to enjoy their garden but are unable to tend to it anymore. We will discuss your wants and desires from your garden and create a garden that best suits your requirements throughout the year. (price excludes individual purchases of items for garden).
Prescription Service
Similarly to our Shopping for the elderly, we provide support for the disabled and elderly by offer a prescription collection service that allows you to always have your medication without the worry of how to pick it up.
